The diner style Bomber Restaurant is a must visit for aviation enthusiasts. Aircraft models hang from the ceiling and photos and memorabilia adorn the walls paying tribute to local veterans and the Ford Bomber Plant.

The Bomber Restaurant opened in 1936 as Baldwin’s Diner but was soon changed to the Bomber. For a time it was also called Bob’s Barbecue but since 1986 it has been called The Bomber Restaurant. Owned since 1995 by Sebestyen and Johanna McCoy the diner has become a museum of sorts packed with uniforms, photos and memorabilia from the 1940s World War Two era.
