After a safety brief I’m strapped in and the T-33 is towed to the taxiway for start up.

We departed runway 27 from CYXU London with a left-hand climb out.

The cockpit noise was quieter then I expected. The seat is comfortable, even with parachute. Lots of leg room but a little tight at the shoulders for such a large aircraft. Coms were crisp and clear. Visibility is excellent with the bubble canopy and the tip-tanks were not as obtrusive as I thought they would be.

Our flight took us to the Brantford area. A short distance to cover in the jet.

A little fun on the way back to London.

A few minutes flying the aircraft left me with the feeling of a good solid aircraft that is light on the controls and easy to handle.

Returning to London we performed an overhead break at 2,500ft. with a closed circuit pattern before landing.

All to soon the aircraft is quiet and being put to bed.
