R-100header

Eric’s Grandfather, Robert Dumigan took these photos in August 1930 of the British R-100 Airship that visited St. Hubert, Quebec. Canada built the only mooring mast in North America for the R-100 and it was only used once. The British Airship program was halted after the R-101, sister ship to the R-100 crashed in France in October 1930.
