The Boss brings us down for a pass over Summerside then a run into the airport.

On our second pass we line up on Runway 24.

The Snowbirds separate into three echelon sections before making a break for a stream landing.

It was great to have my wife, Bernadette and father, Richard there to share in the event. Our new friends, Rick, Richard, Marilyn, Brenda, Sally and Julia helped make the experience even more enjoyable and we will have a bond that will last a lifetime.

During the debrief all aspects of the flight were discussed . Very serious stuff.

The following day I had the front page of the Summerside Journal Pioneer

For myself the flight was two years in the making and a lifetime of dreaming. As a Canadian Aviation Photographer you can’t help but dream about flying with the Snowbirds. A big thank you to everyone who helped make the flight happen.

The Brooklin Town Crier also published a front image of the Snowbirds after they over flew the Captain Michael VandenBos School in Whitby.
