The Youngstown Air Force Reserve Station in Ohio hosted the Thunder Over the Valley Airshow on May 17-18. Along with an impressive list of flying acts the show featured a great line up of static military aircraft not often seen at shows the past few years. The airshow featured a wide range of performers ranging from a jet car to warbirds. The USAF Thunderbirds headlined the show.

Despite a stormy Saturday several acts flew and many people came out to enjoy the show. Several storms passed over the Station and kept the Thunderbirds on the ground. Sunday dawned sunny and warm. By noontime the show grounds were packed with an overwhelming amount of spectators. A full airshow took place with the event being closed with the Thunerbirds.
