The 2014 Red Bull Air Races Las Vegas saw a short race day as high winds closed down the track before the first heat of twelve aircraft could finish the session. Red Bull Air Race rules dictate if a race can’t be finished the results from the previous session would be used. So the last qualifying session on Saturday saw Canadian Pete McLeod with the fastest track time take first place. Nigel Lamb and Mathias Dolder took second and third place.
